My name is Dani Grant. As a spinner, knitter, crocheter and weaver, I’m passionate about creating space where people who share my love for working with natural fibers can meet, share what they’re working on, and find locally-produced fiber and yarn for their projects.

Homespun Yarn & Fiber is more than just a yarn shop - it’s a community space dedicated to building connections between crafters, local fiber producers and independent, small-batch mills. As my relationships with Vermont farmers, crafters and artisans grow, I am constantly reminded of how much talent, dedication and spirit there is in our beautiful state.

Keeping farms in Vermont and families on farms is vital. Our state was built on wool - it’s our heritage. But wool is not only our history, it’s our future. Independent farms and mills continue to support many Vermonters today.

Buying Vermont yarns and rovings is good for our community. When we shop local, we support our towns, our farms and each other.
